(More customer reviews)The Amazon write up for this product and several other write ups indicated that it would play a DviX (AVI) format. When I received the item, no where on the box did it say that it would play the DviX or AVI format. I proceeded to check the Samsung website, again, no mention of DviX. I was concerned. When I set up the machine and attempted to play an AVI disk, it did just fine. Excellent picture, good sound, very easy setup. I have only had it for several days, so I can't speak to durability, but Samsung generally is very good in that area.
